Principal and founder Kevin C. Gore, AIA, graduated from Pratt Institute on the presidents list, has been a licensed architect for over twenty five years with direct experience designing manufacturing facilities, corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, medical training, educational facilities at the elementary and university level, facade restoration, medical imaging, institutional, correctional facilities, assisted living residences and multifamily residential projects. Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), was the 2007 Chapter President of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey, is NCARB Accredited, a Certified Interior Designer, is personally licensed in over 43 US states and has successfully completed projects in multiple Canadian provinces and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Kevin’s outside of office interests include travel and photography, playing squash and downhill skiing.

Joseph E David, AIA received his Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in History from New Jersey Institute of Technology and his Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He is a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C), is NCARB accredited and has over twenty years experience in multiple types and all phases of projects. He is a member of the board of AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey where he serves as chair of the Scholarship Committee, founder and chair of the Community Outreach Committee and where he served as 2018 Architects League President. Since 2007 he has been researching and leading the annual ALNNJ Ted Kessler Memorial Walking Tour and in 2014 he was awarded the Anton Vegliante Award for his contribution to the advancement of the profession of architecture. He has served as jury chair for the 2018 AIA Eastern New York Design Awards, a judge for the statewide STEAM TANK Competition run by NJSBA and currently serves as co-chair of AIA New Jersey’s K-12 Committee, with a mission to increase outreach and expose students to the profession of architecture. In 2019, he joined the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Architecture Foundation. Outside of the office his interests include travel and photography, with photos honored in contests for Open House events in both London and New York as well as in the AIA National Photo Competition.
Ruchi Dhar, AIA received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Nagpur University, India. She is a licensed architect in the state of NJ and in her native country of India. She is a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C), is NCARB accredited and has over ten years of experience in architectural design, construction administration and project management. She has expertise in multiple projects including retail, corporate office buildings, façade restoration, single family and multi-family residential projects. She is a member of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey. On the personal side she enjoys travelling with family, being outdoors and building Lego projects with her daughter.
Cecilia Cano, Assoc. AIA, received her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2010 from The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York, CUNY. Her six years of experience in architecture, design, construction administration and project management have honed her skills in all phases of projects from initial survey and design concept studies through construction. Her extensive experience with permitting, code and zoning analysis in demanding locations including New York City have given her the skills necessary to successfully complete even the most complex projects. She is a member of the Northern New Jersey AIA Architects League. She has successfully completed NCARB’s AXP requirements and is currently in the licensure process. Cecilia enjoys to travel with friends and spending time with her family.
Christine Borland graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University in 2014 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She spent a semester studying at International Studies Institute in Florence, Italy where her work was published in AND Rivista di Architetture Magazine. Since joining KCG in 2015, Christine has been involved in all project phases from initial design through construction. She is proficient in Revit, rendering, and 3D modeling programs and assists in updating the materials library. She has considerable experience with NYC Landmarks Preservation Committee. Christine is currently working on completing her AXP hours and will soon be on the path to licensure. In her free time, you can find her practicing yoga or enjoying the outdoors hiking and skiing.
