Who We Are
Principal and founder Kevin C. Gore, AIA, graduated from Pratt Institute on the presidents list, has been a licensed architect for over thirty years with direct experience designing manufacturing facilities, corporate interiors, retail, hotel/ hospitality, medical training, educational facilities at the elementary and university level, facade restoration, medical imaging, institutional, assisted living residences and multifamily residential projects. Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), was the 2007 Chapter President of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey, is NCARB Accredited, a Certified Interior Designer, has OSHA 10 certification, is personally licensed in over 44 US states and has successfully completed projects in multiple Canadian provinces and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Kevin’s outside of office interests include travel and photography, playing squash and downhill skiing.

Joseph E David, AIA received his Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in History from New Jersey Institute of Technology and his Master of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He is a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C), is NCARB accredited and has over twenty years experience in multiple types and all phases of projects. He is a member of the board of AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey where he serves as chair of the Scholarship Committee, founder and chair of the Community Outreach Committee and where he served as 2018 Architects League President. Since 2007 he has been researching and leading the annual ALNNJ Ted Kessler Memorial Walking Tour and in 2014 he was awarded the Anton Vegliante Award for his contribution to the advancement of the profession of architecture. He has served as jury chair for the 2018 AIA Eastern New York Design Awards, a judge for the statewide STEAM TANK Competition run by NJSBA, is an NCARB Licensing Advisor and currently serves as co-chair of AIA New Jersey’s K-12 Committee, with a mission to increase outreach and expose students to the profession of architecture. Outside of the office his interests include travel and photography, with photos honored in contests for Open House events in both London and New York as well as in the AIA National Photo Competition.
Ruchi Dhar, AIA received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Nagpur University, India. She is a licensed architect in the state of NJ and in her native country of India. She is a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C), is NCARB accredited and has over ten years of experience in architectural design, construction administration and project management. She has expertise in multiple projects including retail, corporate office buildings, façade restoration, single family and multi-family residential projects. She provides technical expertise in review of various in-house projects. She serves as a member on the ALNNJ Board of Trustees, is a member on the NJ State Board Task Force for licensing and serves as an alternate for AIA-NJ trustee. She is also involved in AIANJ CRAN & SFX Committees. On the personal side, she enjoys travelling, biking, working on her garden and spending time with her family.
Cecilia Cano, Assoc. AIA, received her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2010 from The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York, CUNY. Her eight years of experience in architecture, design, construction administration and project management have honed her skills in all phases of projects from initial survey and design concept studies through construction. Her extensive experience with permitting, code and zoning analysis in demanding locations including New York City has given her the skills necessary to successfully complete even the most complex projects. She is a member of AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey and is currently the ALNNJ’s EPIC ARE Study Guide Coordinator. She has successfully completed NCARB’s AXP requirements and is currently in the licensure process. Cecilia enjoys to travel with friends and spending time with family.
Victor Vasquez, Assoc. AIA, received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2012 from The New Jersey School of Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has over four years of professional work experience that include knowledge of electrical and architectural design, within the discipline of architecture he has been able to develop in areas such as architecture, design, construction administration, project management and coordination. His understanding of various programs and hands on learning has led to a great understanding of BIM systems along with VR environments and presentations using such hardware/software. He is a proud member of the AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey. He has successfully completed NCARB’s AXP requirements and is currently in the licensure process in NJ. Victor enjoys dancing, hiking, yoga, snowboarding and various other outdoor activities along with photography and playing guitar.
Andres Espinal graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York City College of Technology, CUNY, in 2018 where he received a Bachelor of Technology. He is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros. Since joining KCG Architects in 2018, Andres has been exposed to many project phases from site surveys through construction. Andres is currently working on completing his AXP hours and will be on the path to licensure. In his free time he enjoys visiting family, learning about new computer technologies and decorating his office desk.
Milton Lema received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has four years of experience with a comprehensive background in all phases of architecture, interior design, and construction; including commercial, hospitality, residential, restaurant, retail and development, as well corporate strategic planning. He is proficient in Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Sketchup and AutoCAD. Since joining KCG Architects, Milton has been involved in all phases of projects from initial design through construction. He has successfully completed NCARB’s AXP requirements and is currently in the licensure process. In his free time, he enjoys to travel with friends, designing furniture and spending time with his family.
Sahony Concepcion attends New Jersey Institute of Technology where she is a candidate to receive her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2020. Since joining KCG Architects in 2018, Sahony has worked on multiple projects, gaining different types of architectural experience from initial design to 3D renderings. She is proficient in hand drafting, AutoCAD, 3D modeling programs, and other editing programs. Sahony is currently working on completing her AXP hours and will soon be on the path to licensure to becoming an architect. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, travelling, photography, hiking, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.
